Meeting with MPs from the Norwegian Parliament

Pipelife is taking a lead in the Norwegian plastic pipe industry when it comes to the green change and more sustainable products and value chains. Managing Director Kjell Larsen will devote even more of his time to these issues when he leaves his current position and takes on the role as Sustainability Director from January 2020.

This week, Kjell had discussions with leading MPs at Stortinget, the Norwegian parliament, focusing on public tenders having a more holistic view of the total solutions offered, including environmental impact, total cost and service.  Incidentally, the meeting was a continuation of talks Wienerberger CEO Heimo Scheuch had with Klinge and Larsen, during his visit to Surnadal for Pipelife Norge's 50 years anniversary celebration.
